Community Service oriented.
Suggestions for improvement
- Diversify hiring practices for professors of color, however, I believe the administration was pretty diverse.
What I like about the company
Very open administration and staff. Friendly towards low income and disadvantaged students. Open to diversity and very inclusive.
What I dislike about the company
Women Faulty of color used to have a difficult time getting tenure from what I could remember 6-7 years ago.
