Support from management
Expectations for employees were not realistic, constantly asking more out of their employees oblivious to the fact that people have lives and families outside of work. In conflict, there was no compromise, it was management's way or no way.
Suggestions for improvement
- Far more staffing in all departments, an occasional breakfast or lunch for departments to say thank you, to make their employees feel wanted and appreciatedrather than do your work with the long hours and expect them to be happy.
What I like about the company
I liked working with most of the fellow employees but the high turnover made it difficult to cultivate friendships outside of work.
What I dislike about the company
Long hours with no special perks. Patients do not like receiving their medical equipment at 9 or 10 pm with little or no help from management who refuse to staff needed departments with enough staff.
