Support from Management
Even though I was in management, I still had a supervisor. In times of conflict, I got very little support, even when my supervisor agreed with my position. Over time, I got tired of being out on a limb by myself, especially when it was proven over and over that I was correct in my stand. My staff got perplexed to the point that this affected my operation-so I decided to retire. I found this behavior to be rampant in this department.
