- replace upper management entirely, actually outsource upper management entirely or place will never change

What I dislike about the company
managed poorly, not up to date with evaluation processes, us against them culture (employee/mgmt), dated computer systems, Human Resources Poor quality staff in training/skills., very slow /dated employment process, very poor advancement opportunities, ran mostly by nurses, unfair labor practices, judgmental management.
