Management is unresponsive and uninvolved when dealing with conflict and resolving issues. They are uninterested in hearing about problems or solutions. Their goals are unrealistic and decisions are questionable. All they care about is getting the job done, so they can get their bonuses.
Depends on where you work but over all it is lacking.
