Suggestions for improvement
- If you are the head of your department, you should either follow or assign someone reliable to follow a procedure and have it implemented at all levels. Communication is the key to a successful business. If new procedures are put into place, a meeting concerning all those involved should be held and/or memos should be posted to ensure that all instructions are clear. Open suggestions from the employees should be considered to help improve the department you are assigned to. I believe too that all other departments in the facility should communicate with each other to ensure the best job performance from all employees/staff.
What I like about the company
Great opportunity for growth or upgrade in job/pay, also with training. Good retirement package and vacation/sick pay included. Flexible hourly schedules to accommodate employee needs, as well as remote worksites. Shuttle available to and from work/home for a minimal monthly fee.
What I dislike about the company
Management either has no clue or doesn't want a clue to the stresses on some job sites. Tension and hostility are the #1 factor for a failing business.
