Upper management sets deadlines before consulting those who actually do the job. They also don't know the product very well.

What I like about the company
The people who work there are all very cool and nice.
What I dislike about the company
They don't pay the right amount despite all of their nice benefits. Upper management is also disconnected, but what can you expect when they live on the other side of the country?
