Support from Management
There is a lot of favoritism and getting promoted depends on that. Employees who have been there longer are not recognized for the work they do and seems they always focus on being negative in reviews. Unfair accusations to upper management is also an issue. Every employee is not treated the same when it comes to obeying and abiding by the rules in the employee handbook.
Suggestions for improvement
- Administration need ma to communicate more with its employees more because we can't always go to our manager for issues
