Suggestions for improvement
- start caring for the employees like her deceased father did.
bad upper managment
decent starting wage, just don't expect a raise for years.
once a great place. horrible rep now.
never safe unless you're a yes man.
Good equipment and great co-workers
No raises, benefits get worse every year, but the owner and her brother in law (the GM) live high on the hog. you only hear form then when they are upset.... never positive feed back
