The Detroit Medical Center does not offer longevity. Leaders last longer, with no direct reports making top dollars. Employees are not appreciated. Benefits less than most companies in Michigan. Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of reducing staff, reduce overhead in management. Too many chiefs and not enough front line workers. Appreciate the front line workers, employees that know the job.
