Most coworkers are good people, generally.
I dislike about the employer
The company's soul is rooted in its history of leadership development and its "practice what we preach" bravado. It's human capital management, human resource management, and management style is far from stellar, treating any employee with the utmost disrespect once someone with "power" decides they want someone gone (justified or not) -- Management is clothed as an empathetic wolf but drenched in nasty, smelly, passive-aggressive sweat. Watch your back and steer clear. This company, comprised of a plethora of egotistical organizational psychologists, is a powder keg of animosity and paranoia. It seeps into your skin if you stay too long.
