Manufacturing encourages completion and creates hostile work environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- NONE. Although a "door's open " policy is advocated management doesn't want to hear and you will be labeled hard to work with.
What I like about the company
Originally, the work atmosphere ( laboratory ).
The pay and employee benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Devro, Inc bought out Teepak in 1996. Reduced # of employees..expected. But, ended paid sick days. Increased work load with much smaller Pay raises, would not go one-one with grievances from employees and when they did listen nothing was done and some were let go for insubournation...speaking up.
Ignored complaints of work not being done and falsifying the test results.
