Support from management
Not realistic in timespan for new employee.
All employees do not work as a team,or help other newer employees with requirements, gossip is of high importance.
Do not explain or take time for new employees to understand or learn a new job.
No career advancement, employees are expected to work for same amount of entry pay,with a lot more expectations and duties than hired for,with no room or encentives for advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Salary starts out quite low, but starts complaining first week on the job.
Office openly discusses patients and /or employees information.
Never any commendations,quick to advise you if your wrong.

- Work on creating a more professional office atmopshere, create advancement opportunities,

I liked working with the patient's.

No respect, no room for advancement, chaotic environment, no leadership or management in office, unprofessional environment.
