Not realistic in timespan for new employee.
All employees do not work as a team,or help other newer employees with requirements, gossip is of high importance.
Do not explain or take time for new employees to understand or learn a new job.
No career advancement, employees are expected to work for same amount of entry pay,with a lot more expectations and duties than hired for,with no room or encentives for advancement.
