Suggestions for improvement
- Better training and communication between managers and employees.
What I like about the company
It's name DHL is known in the community. I was allowed to work independently with little supervision.
What I dislike about the company
90% of employee's were temps and they were often treated better than the DHL employees. Management never recognized hard working employees. Credit never given to those that deserved it. Safety was not something the cared about. Forklift drivers were not certified.
