Suggestions for improvement
Constant shift in direction and numerous reorgs.
Well know brands and long established brands of alcohol.
Rush to market without well thought out plans; tight and unrealistic timelines; little opportunity for advancement; good old boy British network.
Unrealistic targets; constant revision of what is expected of you.
No appreciation for older workers; they are phased out. Huge number of right out of college hires with no experience.
Constant reorganizations and downsizing.
