Suggestions for improvement
- If you want people to be in roles longer, don't have a policy stating only 6 months in role, then you can move. Branch out for talent, lots of "the same" line of thinking makes improvement difficult.
What I like about the company
Great benefits and flexibility. Pension, product allowance, additional maternity leave, paid paternity leave on top of typical benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Management can be tempermental. They frequently block career moves. It's a very young environment, and there can be issues creating synergies between teams.
