The company's Moto isn't used in there at all. They only reference it when its beneficial to certain situations.
Support from management
Administration never would listen to the staff. The only could part was 1 nurse in 11-7 shift on the Eastside.
Teamwork was good as long as you were in a click.
From the executive director of the campus or regular staff, communication is at a all time low.
Nursing assistants/med techs are looked down on as if they didn't exist.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long time employees were forced to resign back in 2011. And the rest of long time staff are harassed so much and then they fire them.
No opportunities for furthering your education
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits match what you make
Office / Work Environment
Barely have supplies and when you do they want you to use less as possible.
Very hot in the building no air conditioning on the units were meds are being given out.
Vacation time will be out in and they will deny whomever they want to give there friends time off.
Nobody speaks highly of this place anymore
No your job isn't secure at all
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity is a joke there. Many different cultures work there and they don't respect anything.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire administration and start over with people that care about the staff and the residents. Not just look at the residents as a dollar sign.
