Support from management
Management is lazy, promote "it's not my job" attitude, operate by bullying and favoritism and address problems only when it begins a financial burden
Currently it meets OSHA standards for working conditions and at the moment provides training for accident-free workplace
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire qualified managers that will invest as much time addressing daily avoidable problems as they do picking their daily lunch.
What I like about the company
It's general purpose, the theory that they are helping community members with transportation needs that have difficulties otherwise is a positive.
What I dislike about the company
Unqualified managers, poor communication, racial & gender biases, promotion from management "it's not my job" attitude with both Union and nonunion personnel, bullying by management, lack of consistency on rules and regulations. Immature attitudes
