Management is lazy, promote "it's not my job" attitude, operate by bullying and favoritism and address problems only when it begins a financial burden
Currently it meets OSHA standards for working conditions and at the moment provides training for accident-free workplace
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire qualified managers that will invest as much time addressing daily avoidable problems as they do picking their daily lunch.
