Most supervisors didn't commend employees but there were a few that did
Support from management
They didn't involve the employees in decision making. They closed our department didn't give us any heads up and when we asked questions about where we would be moving to, no one had any answers.
No direct communication
Employees weren't informed about anything ahead of time. They took away our schedule adherence bonus of 10.00 and left us with an $8.00 base pay with a 4 day notice
Overall compensation for your work
Base pay is $8.00, in my interview I was told there was a $2 schedule adherence bonus that could be received with 100% schedule adherence .They honored this for 1 month then they took it away and we could only make the $8.00
Not at all
My department was closed after being there for 3 weeks
Suggestions for improvement
- When you hire employees and tell them certain things in the interview, stick with the promises that you make, because knocking down people's pay and closing their department with out notice is not a good thing to do.
