Suggestions for improvement
- I'd like to see more diversity on upper management, and support staff in general.

All outbound calls. Required to read a sales script verbatim on each outbound sales call. Very repetitive and you will lose enthusiasm over time due to this type of sales technique. NO health benefits! Calls are monitored by DialAmerica every week! And SiriusXM. Monitor errors aren't consistent . Manager approves call, SiriusXM will give you bad marks for same call! High employee turnover. Mostly teenagers and early 20's . Dress code is almost none existent at PHX. AZ. Team Lead walks around wearing a lingerie spaghetti strap camosole, virtual ly braless with DDD's only 19 yrs old. TL's take a smoke break Every 20 minutes. Yet you're time is micromanaged. Some tl's go looking for you in the bathroom if you go over 10 minute brk. Highly unprofessional and TL's are recruited too quickly. Within 3 months! Zer
