Suggestions for improvement
- Using an arbitrary age as a reason not to hire!
They are trying to create a positive &welcoming culture, but is hard to do when you have only part time agents & the compensation is low.
Yes, goals are realistic & sometimes includes mid-level management.
There is not much opportunity to advance in that location.
Compensation for the work is equitable
