- When they find dedicated employees who excel in their position, give them an increase in pay in a timely manner other than every year or two.

Steady work year around with big push in January for compliance.
I dislike about the employer
Low initial hourly pay and very miminal increases with no pre-determined schedule. Not yearly. Sometimes two or three years. Little chance of advancement within Company.
