Suggestions for improvement
- Don't yell at your employees and tell them they suck and that they are the problem, not the solution. Horrible morale within the sales force from management.
I like about the employer
Benefits are decent, matching 401K, free cookies and drinks.
I dislike about the employer
Favorites favorites favorites. From the first day you start, if your manager doesn't like you, automatically you will be put on the bottom of the wheel, and then when you do get a tour, it will be an "unfavorable one" that they know 99% likely hood no one could sell this customer and that is all you will see until you quit. A lot of managers couldn't sell this if they tried, but talk up a big game like they are amazing at it. Half the managers knew someone and were promoted up because of that, not performance. Their tour flow is slow and again, they play favorites so some will see two customers before you see 1. A lot of changes have been going on with the company and resort and their compensation sucks. It keeps on decreasing, and they increase the levels to hit bonuses.
