Very tense atmosphere. Micromanagement by Co workers. Supervisor doesn't care to know what goes on in the department

Crew members are not involved in decision making process.
There's no such thing as team work. The same people does the majority of the work while others milk their work and gets away with it.

Unfair work load.
People do what they want, when they want. There's no communication.
