No fairness among leadership. You feel overwhelmed and not given credit.
Support from Management
Too many chiefs and not enough indians. No consistency in what is said.
For the most part grade level teams work nicely together. Always willing to collaborate and plan along with helping you when needed.
Level of Autonomy
Leaderships determines curriculum but too many programs are put into place that clash with each other and nothing is ever taken away. Opportunities for programs to work is not given and results are expected right away.
