Verbal and physical abuse against employees
Support from management
Too much favoritism.
Some lead workers take slack and let other employees do most of the work
Freedom to work independently
Didlake does not trust it's employees.
Human resources does little to support it's disabled employees
Women get sexually and verbally abused

Very little chance for advancement. Too much favoritism.

Lot of animosity between workers with favoritism.
One of the worst I seen. Management treats employees like kids and verbally abuses them.
It's fine. Do the work and go home.
Didlake has been in court many times for abuse and neglect.
People get fired easily and people quit due to low morale

- I would not recommend this didlake job due to toxic environment and poor human resources leadership.
What I like about the company
They offer jobs but the abuse is there.

Abuse including sexually assaulting women with autism.
