No clue. Never saw the office. I felt like a self contractor.

It took persistent nagging over 5 months to get my yearly review.
Poor communication. More initial connection to customer than to Digicon. I was more connected to a temp recruiter than to Digicon.
Freedom to work independently
So much so that remote employees were often forgotten, left out. Never considered for promotion or other opportunities.
