Suggestions for improvement
- Management only cares about meeting metrics. Very high turnover for a company with so much work. Need to spend more time and effort on producing good technicians, not salesman.
I like about the employer
Work independently. Get company vehicle and they provide tools and cell phone.
I dislike about the employer
Lots of drive time when paid on production. Made to use pushy sales tactics. If sales metric are not met per work order you lose "production" bonus. Faulty equipment has negative effect on metrics that directly affect pay scale.
