Suggestions for improvement
- They need new management
Great group of people, always willing to help.
Too many managers who do not understand the business, do not have basic management / personnel relationship skills and who lack leadership
Those doing the work rather than supervising or managing generally work well together.
Certain women, but not all of those at the higher levels, have been promoted above their competency levels.
The executive managers and next level of managers are paid well. The executive managers are generally overpaid.
