Suggestions for improvement
- VPs should listen to what their employees have to say instead of heedlessly believing their middle management's lines.
I like about the employer
They paid the bills for a long time.
I dislike about the employer
1) The performance review process is bad. Directors, who rarely interacted with employees, override the manager's scores. 2) The stress level. They try to do too much with too few and burn the good employees out quickly. 3) Management thinks they know more than their expert employees and are continuously trying to get around regulations. 4) They have good core values but do nothing when directors violate them. 5) In less than 10 years, the CEO's pay tripled. 6) The severance packages are paltry for someone with seniority compared to other companies in the Northern Colorado area. 7) HR is not an employee advocate at any time.
