This is a SALES job you are not there to help you are there to make the company money and I mean just that. If you don't meet your goals those first 90 days they will cut your pay then they will give you 30 days to meet a quota if you don't meet it you will get fired. But they have great discounts, get paid weekly and you get to see first hand of what's going on sell. Also hour lunches.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure that the employee has the right tools to go out on the floor to succeed.
