Needs alot of improvement
Support from Management
Employees are left out in decisions. Suggestions are not appreciated and usually fall on deaf ears.
In my department it's structure require to be very aggressive on sales floor to meet individual sales goals causing stress and no team environment.
Level of Autonomy
Current Management depends on its seasoned full time employees to carry the department and new hires aren't adequately trained creating a unfair work load on full time employees.
