A change in culture was something they said was important. The culture was terrible and for a few months in late 2015, it had begun to improve. In Spring of 2016 it began rapidly declining. Any plans and actions to improve the environment for the employees quickly gave way to the wishes of management and new leadership. Watching that was a very sad thing to see.
Support from Management
There were two great managers. Unfortunately, neither stayed with the company. Remaining managers have no interest in their employees welfare, growth, or futures. If you have an issue, it's best to keep it to yourself. You will be treated poorly until you either quit, or are walked out.
