I worked for the original company before they bought us & the culture completely changed to one that was fear based

They did not walk the walk. It was more do as I say, not as I do
There was teamwork between same level but never from "corporate "
Attitude towards older colleagues
I knew that they wanted to replace me with a younger & less expensive person, as I knew I was the highest paid GM.
