- Convert the leadership positions to Civil Service positions for continuity of operations and morale purposes

I dislike about the employer
A constant rotation of leadership. Meaning that most of the time there is no leadership. This is simply a stepping stone for senior agents to make a name for themselves by either saving money or reducing staff. There is little concern by the leadership for the welfare of employees. For the most part, the senior staff only know a half dozen employees by name.
