Ever since at&t bought Directv, all the culture that made directv what it is was, was lost. Basically it was turning into just another at&t call center.

As previously stated. 60% or more managers or tram leads were cut and severanced out
The team culture has been long lost and forgotton. To be successful is all about the individual performancea them selves now
