Very much straight laced. Stems from its past history with military associations.

Working goals made may or may not be realistic to the individuals. Though if the individual 'is' able to push through? Management will take credit. Not so much, when in the negative! Management had been overheared to refer to workers at my level as "upaloops!"
Teamwork is respected there. Sometimes, it even happens!
