Suggestions for improvement
- Stop cutting pay and assuming the customer is always right. There has to be a line where case by case investigations need to be taking place, this is not an industry that we can assume the customer is always right. Sometimes the customer is just upset.
I like about the employer
It is a very customer oriented business. You get to deal with different people everyday, and experience different things and scenarios from time to time.
