Surprisingly, its us men that are disadvantaged. When men are hired they do not survive. All men in management forced out.

Discriminatory practices (ageism, racism, sexist (against men) Unprofessional in handling private affairs of staff. Judges staff based on personal likes or dislikes rather professional.
