Never. Management was completely out of touch with employee input.
No, because no importance was placed on it. 'Every man/woman for themselves'

Resentful, older employees were never promoted.
You have good days when upper management was there. They do discriminate, they have there favorite employees that can do no wrong!
Some goals are realistic but the majority are not. You are asked for suggestions but rarely do they use them. Communication is very poor.
There is good Teamwork. For the most part everyone gets along. We were like a huge family.
