Always local shop vs. corporate office. Local managers would speak about corporate as if they were enemies.
Support from Management
Constant install policy changes, most local management were inexperienced at their position.
Installers were made to compete against each other and would often report others to quality control.
I was told by my training partner that the company will work us until we break and quit.
