Company beliefs were based off old worn out ideas that are proving to be self-destructive.
Support from management
Management had no clue what the market was like or how to support his reports!
Management talked about being part of a greater team, but never promote it.
had none. enough said.
If you belonged to the previous company, you would excel, if you belonged to the company that was bought, you failed!
Attitude towards older colleagues
they believe in getting rid of older higher paid employees and hiring new less experience people. That way to save money, but upset the customers.
management doesn't believe in that. It's know what you know, but who you b*@W
Overall compensation for your work
pay and benefits were better than most. But not worth the stress everyday.
You worked till you dropped.
They alone are destroying their own image.
There is none, enough said.
They do believe in being safe!!!
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of upper management, change the culture of thinking, but won't happen till you get rid of old management
