Ignored conflicts until they got out of hand. Office gossipers were rewarded, while good employees were micro-managed. Less than adequate decision-making with allocating resources & staff placement. Punishment given a reward for expressing different opinions. No sense of fairness with providing resources and an overall ugly, back-biting, miserable office environment.
