Suggestions for improvement
- Corruption needs to go. Ineffective administration needs to be replaced with the teachers having a say in hiring process. Ineffective or terrible administration that preys on the staff should not be tolerated. These people create fear and a less productive work environment. Have teachers make decisions
What I like about the company
The other teachers have mostly been kind, wonderful, and supportive. Everyone else has been terrible.
