Suggestions for improvement
- I'd like more advancement opportunities in the form of management or lead positions. I'd also like to see more opportunities for 1 year or 2 year rotations within the system. I'd like management to take on a more advocate role for employee under him/her. The manager is in the best position to relay conditions/challenges of employees to upper management.
What I like about the company
I like the component of being able to make a difference in the lives of children.
