Suggestions for improvement
- Administrative staff at school sites should not be given absolute power in reviewing the employees.
What I like about the company
Working for DCPS there have been some opportunities for growth presented to me within my first year of employment.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the observation model for faculty and staff, it seems to create a more stressful working environment for employees.
