Even the head office would not communicate with me.
Support from management
No supervision after the first week of work. No accountability for the other workers that did not show up. No concern for the quality of the product. Supervisors and HR refused to return calls and emails.
No team work. I was expected to complete the work of three workers, they other workers just did not show up
Freedom to work independently
I mostly worked alone, even though there were two other line workers that were supposed to work at the same job site. They never showed up. No feedback, review, or assistance.
No communication at all between supervisors and staff. Did not see or talk to my boss for nearly 5 months

No support or feedback.

Contract work, so the environment is the customer's building.
I would not recommend this company to employees or prospective employers
