Horrible company-low pay high on dissappointments

Company Culture

There is a high level of cut throat. Can be terminated without fair warning if your booking numbers are not high enough.

Support from management

No, only dictatorships were my latest experience. I huge contrast from the initial management when I first got hired. Upper management tolerate tyrannical behavior of the middle management. Lower management suffer.

Teamwork

It's good as long as they maintain and endure the staff and stop having overly high expectations and unqualified management taking over your territory from a different region just to make money. No one knows your territory like you do. They need to figure that out!

Freedom to work independently

None. I was told I could hire ATM's in my territory as the manual stated. Suddenly the Regional manager decided he did not allow ATM's. Very cut throat, since he decided he wanted someone else to have my job. Pure greed!

Overall compensation for your work

No the commission base is horrible and does not match industry standard salary. No benefits or perks. I was stiffed for off season pay since they only pay during the season. My money went to the new manager when I stepped down. Never apologized or tried to rectify the issue.

working from home was the only real plus

Great mission with eco-friendly products. Just poorly executed marketing.

Work-Life Balance

Your life is not yours when more bookings are required and when reps cannot work events you have to work them. No real bonus incentives for the inconveniences.

  • Be honest and ethical. Check your middle management who are burning all of your bridges and bringing down your company.

Nothing

What I dislike about the company

No pay for working to secure booking on the off season (hours and hours of time and energy and bookings went to another manager.) you work on good faith you are investing in the upcoming season. When you're demoted they don't pay you for months of work.
