Protocols and requirements of positions changed daily and were never communicated. Employees would come to physical altercations and upper management turned a blind eye. No one ever really knew what was going on because there is a total communication breakdown
Suggestions for improvement
- Implement an audit and compliance program. Set new HR standards of behavior and hold people accountable for their behavior.
