The employees are great and some managers are great. They tend to be clickish overall it is just middle of the road.
Support from management
When it is benefits the manager, there is support. No benefit no support.
The employees work well together.
Freedom to work independently
Once a manager trust you, they allow you to make the right choice.
Not at all. Women are not treated the same.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They hire anybody with a pulse.
Still wondering where that is. Have asked numerous times what I need to do to move up and response I would get was find another company.
Overall compensation for your work
They are the lowest starting pay in the industry. overall they are very poor.
Office / Work Environment
They need to bring more water out to venues.
They get credit due to some of the venues doing it.
The opportunity to work a ton hours is there. The managers will work someone to death. as an employee, you can be treated as a number.

There is none.

It is challenging because the supervisors do not communicate what needs to be done and it is a challenge to figure out what the customer wants.

Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure there is water at every venue. Making all managers know what it takes to make the venue they are in charge of run smoothly and efficiently. Need to work on the nepotism there.
What I like about the company
There is so much upside to what can be built here.
What I dislike about the company
Breaking the culture that has been set will be a tough chore.
