I was laid off without any warning. The company is in trouble financially.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communicate more with the employees. Reduce the influence of the Japanese operations, and initiate change within the US operations.
I dislike about the employer
Executive communications was limited. I was never sure whether I was meeting expectations. I was eligible for a bonus, but did not receive any bonus money for the last 2 years I was there.
