Company Culture

Because of the cut throat mentality created by the supervisors no one trust each other

Support from management

There was no good leaders in my department and some even lied to make them selves look better

Teamwork

This is a very Me first company. A lot of employee's and supervisors will destroy another credibility to help themselves

Freedom to work independently

Unless you are a part of management you have little to no say in your work load. They believe in over working there employee's and even writing you up if you are in the bathroom for more then 5 mins in an 8 hour shift.

Internal Communication

The results are skewed based on if they have met sales needs that month

Gender Equality

they do not discriminate based on gender but will not promote with in

Attitude towards older colleagues

they believe the older people working there can not keep up with technology

Career Development

They do not want anyone to move up in the company, this is why they have a high turn over rate

Overall compensation for your work

the benefits are fine but the bonuses are often not paid how they were told

Office / Work Environment

You get written up for being in the bathroom more then 5 mins in an 8 hour shift. Also if you work overtime you are not given anymore bathroom time.

Environmental Friendliness

The company is only concerned with its own well being, which is why it has such a high turn over rate

Work-Life Balance

They do not care if you have a family or if it is a holiday they expect you to work when they want. They make you feel guilty for wanting to take your vacation time. They will try to use it on days you were absent instead of sick days

Company Image

I have never heard any talk good about the company

Job Security

They constantly are threatening you with your job

Handicapped Accessibility

I was in a wheelchair for a few weeks and the doors are not automatic and makes for it to be very hard to get in and out of the building.

Workplace Safety

There was little to no OSHA training. They were more concerned with getting new employees up to the sales floor as quickly as possible even unprepared

Challenging Work

They make you feel no matter how well you do it is never good enough

Inclusive / Diverse

they don't want anyones opinion

  • Complete Management change in the call center

What I like about the company

I met a few good people working there but we have all moved on from there.

What I dislike about the company
