Suggestions for improvement
- Training for all levels of employees.
Lot of potential for advancement.
Micromanaging is rampant, yet no one can present a written standard, basically company officers provide critiques based on what they individually like or dislike
All employees are afraid to mention grievances for fear of losing employment
No clear career path for advancement
This company does not pay well at all
