There is no give and take conversation between management and everybody else. Management always talk about infractions and demerits bit never give recognition for good work. Hearing things through the grapevine is a form of communication. Employees are not happy there is no laughter they do not want employees to talk to each other. Everybody is on edge when upper management come in the building, fearing being terminated or being cursed out for simple mistakes.

Employees are trying to find fault in work being done instead of working together.
Freedom to work independently
There was not internal communication
There is not a work-life balance. Upper management expect you to be available after work hours, on the weekend and even if you are home sick.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire another President and Vice president that will up the employees moral and KNOW how to manage a company without employees being cursed at
